Paradigm strives to mold great men of Texas A&M through the values of passion, leadership, altruism, excellence, and enrichment to act as model representatives of the Aggie Family. Paradigm is a men's organization centered around "forging model men of Aggieland" by developing their leadership skills to help them succeed in all areas of life. A paradigm is "an example or pattern of something; a model" and that is what we hope to be at Texas A&M: an example or model to be followed.
