To promote professional development of its associates through programs and relations with other student chapters and with the American Association of Swine Veterinarians. To encourage veterinary student involvement in the field of swine medicine and provide an additional opportunity for its associates to gain professional knowledge in this field. To make available to the students the opportunities offered by the American Association of Swine Veterinarians. To contribute to the development of the field of swine medicine at Texas A&M University through activities involving the faculty and student associates.

Intake: Open membership Limited intake - Fall & Spring semester only

Dues (scholarship may be available)

All student organizations must be open in membership unless otherwise permitted under applicable state or federal law (20 U.S.C. § 1681(a)(6)(A); 34 C.F.R. § 106.14(a) for reference) through specific University exemption.
