Texas A&M Shotokan Karate Club

We are the Texas A&M University Shotokan Karate Club. Founded in 1998, we train in Shotokan karate (SKIF), a traditional style of Japanese karate. Beginners, color and black belts are welcome to join us any time during the semester. No experience is necessary! Simply come to the class wearing sport uniform (no shoes) and train with us. First class of the Fall 2026 semester is on Sunday, September 6 at 7:00 PM in PEAP building, room 215. 

Class schedule: 


Sundays 7:00-8:50 PM (PEAP 215, Mat room).

We admit everyone older than 14.

Dues: 20$ per semester.
