Company K-2 exists to create successful leaders of the highest moral character. K-2 operates on a Marine Corps based cultural model that uses physical training, small unit leadership, and peer accountability to create men who uphold the highest standards of the Cadet Corps. The shared challenge and brotherhood associated with being Killer drives personal development throughout the entire four-year leadership development program. Killers are men who act as a guiding star for the rest of the Cadet Corps and carry themselves with an unmatched level of excellence and humility throughout the quad, truly embodying what it means to be “The Best In Every Way!”
